This Privacy Policy explains how GoMotion, Inc., operating as GoMotion (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with gomotion.pro, the consumer marketing websites and landing pages we operate for our performance marketing campaigns, our forms, and our email, call and text messaging programs (together, the “Service”).
The short version. GoMotion is a performance marketing company. If you are a business contacting us through gomotion.pro, we use what you give us to respond, run your campaigns and, if you opt in, send you marketing. If you are a consumer who submitted a form on one of our campaign websites asking to be matched with a refinance, debt, solar, student loan or similar provider, we transfer the information you submitted to one or more of our clients so they can contact you about the service you requested. That transfer is a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws, and you can opt out at any time using our opt-out form or a Global Privacy Control signal.
This policy applies to information collected through the Service. It does not apply to information collected offline, or by third parties — including the clients who receive leads from us — who operate under their own privacy policies.
Section 01Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact identifiers: first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal address and ZIP code, company name and job title.
- Campaign form information: where you complete a consumer form on one of our campaign websites, the details relevant to the service you asked about — for example whether you own your home, an estimated property value or mortgage balance, an estimated amount of unsecured debt, student loan balance and loan type, average monthly electricity bill, or credit-score range as you describe it. Each form tells you what is being collected and who may receive it.
- Consent records: the exact consent language displayed to you, the page URL, the date and time you submitted, the form fields you completed, your IP address and browser user agent, and — where used — a third-party consent-verification certificate. We keep this as proof of consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and to demonstrate compliance to our clients and regulators.
- Correspondence: anything you send us by email, phone, SMS, or a contact form, including call recordings where the call is monitored or recorded.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Social Security number, driver's licence number, full bank or card account numbers, or account passwords through the Service. Any provider you are connected to will collect what it needs directly from you, under its own policy.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen size.
- Referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, form interactions, clicks, and exit pages.
- Tracking parameters appended to inbound links (for example campaign, ad-group, keyword and click identifiers) used to attribute traffic to the advertising platforms listed in section 7 and to detect fraud.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in section 6.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from advertising platforms (aggregate campaign performance and conversion signals), data-validation services that verify a phone number's line type or confirm an email address is deliverable, consent-verification providers, fraud-prevention vendors, and our clients (for example, whether a lead was accepted, contacted or converted, used to measure and improve campaign quality).
Section 02How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and, for businesses, to prepare a marketing analysis, proposal or campaign.
- To match consumers who submit a campaign form with one or more clients that offer the product or service requested, and to deliver the lead to them (see section 4).
- To contact you about your request by email, telephone and — where you have consented — by text message.
- To send businesses marketing about GoMotion services where permitted, with an unsubscribe in every message.
- To verify contact details, and to detect and prevent fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid submissions.
- To measure, attribute and optimise our advertising campaigns across the platforms we advertise on.
- To honour opt-outs and maintain internal do-not-call and suppression lists.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Routing a lead to a client based on the state, product and criteria you entered is not a decision about your eligibility for any product; the client makes any such decision under its own policies.
Section 03How we share your information
We share personal information in these circumstances:
- Clients. Where you submit a consumer campaign form, we transfer the information you provided to one or more clients — lenders, mortgage brokers, debt-relief and debt-consolidation providers, solar installers, student loan servicers and refinancers, and similar businesses — so they can contact you about the service you requested. Section 4 explains how this works.
- Service providers. Hosting, CDN, analytics, call and SMS delivery, email delivery, CRM and lead-management platforms, consent verification, data validation, and fraud prevention vendors, acting on our instructions.
- Advertising platforms. Identifiers and conversion events shared with the platforms listed in section 7 to measure and optimise campaigns.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or regulator, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not share information collected solely through our SMS program — such as your opt-in status or message content — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Section 04Lead delivery to clients
Our campaign websites invite consumers to request contact from providers of a specific product or service. When you submit such a form:
- the form and its consent language identify the category of provider, and where required by law name the specific clients or “marketing partners”, that may receive your information and contact you;
- depending on the campaign, your information may be delivered to a single client (an exclusive lead), to a limited number of clients (a semi-exclusive lead), or, for some campaigns, to clients over time (an aged lead);
- each client that receives your information becomes an independent controller of it and is responsible for its own privacy practices, marketing consent, and compliance with applicable law;
- we require our clients by contract to use lead data only for the purpose you requested, to honour opt-outs, and to comply with the TCPA and applicable consumer-protection laws; and
- you can opt out of further transfer of your information at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share form. Opting out does not withdraw information already delivered; contact the client directly to opt out of their communications.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, this transfer is treated as a sale of personal information because we receive payment for it. Our CCPA Notice lists the categories involved.
Section 05Calls, texts, and email
Where you have given prior express written consent, we and the clients identified in the consent language may contact you at the number you provided using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text messages, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Frequency: varies by program and request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that program.
- Help: reply HELP, email info@gomotion.pro, or call 888.999.1740.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and compliance. Recordings are treated as personal information under this policy.
Section 06Cookies and similar technologies
We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, local storage, and server logs. Categories used:
- Essential. Required for the site and forms to function — session handling, security, load balancing, and fraud prevention. These cannot be turned off.
- Performance and analytics. Aggregate measurement of traffic, page performance, and where visitors drop off.
- Functionality. Remembering preferences and partially completed forms.
- Advertising and attribution. Measuring which campaigns and platforms produce visits and conversions, building audiences for retargeting, capping ad frequency, and detecting click fraud. These are set by the advertising platforms listed in section 7 and involve sharing an identifier for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Managing cookies. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies; check its help pages. You can also opt out of many advertising cookies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing where required by law. The cookie banner on gomotion.pro lets you decline non-essential cookies.
Section 07Advertising platforms and partners
Our campaigns run on third-party advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, X and Taboola. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, or web beacons on the Service, or on sites that link to it, to serve and measure advertising and to build audiences. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We may also work with publisher and affiliate partners who send traffic to our campaign websites; they receive only aggregate or pseudonymous performance data from us.
Section 08Your choices
- Browse without submitting anything. gomotion.pro and our campaign pages are readable without giving us any personal information.
- Stop texts: reply STOP. Stop marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Stop calls: tell the caller to place you on our internal do-not-call list, or email privacy@gomotion.pro. We process do-not-call requests within 10 business days.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: use the Do Not Sell or Share form, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Access, correct, or delete your information: see section 11 and email privacy@gomotion.pro.
Section 09How long we keep information
| Record type | Retention |
|---|---|
| Business enquiries and client records | For the life of the relationship and 7 years after, for tax and accounting purposes |
| Consumer lead records | Up to 5 years from submission, to support delivery, quality disputes and compliance audits |
| Consent records (TCPA and Terms acceptance) | At least 5 years, to defend against claims within the statutory period |
| Suppression and opt-out lists | Indefinitely — we must keep your number to keep honouring the opt-out |
| Web and server logs | Up to 13 months |
| Call recordings | Up to 24 months |
Section 10Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, encrypted storage, vendor due diligence, and contractual security obligations on the clients who receive leads from us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Section 11State privacy rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the rights below. Full details and the submission form are in our CCPA Notice.
- Right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties we disclosed, sold, or shared it to.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions — including our legal obligation to retain consent and suppression records.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Use the opt-out form or a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you the Service or treat you differently because you exercised a privacy right.
How to exercise: submit the request form, email privacy@gomotion.pro, or call 888.999.1740. We verify your identity by matching details against our records and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days with notice. An authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written proof of authorisation. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “appeal”; we will respond within 45 days.
Section 12GDPR — EEA and UK visitors
The Service is intended for United States residents and we do not target the EEA or UK. If you access it from there, our lawful bases for processing are your consent (for marketing contact and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (to respond to and fulfil your request), and legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, and service improvement). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to direct marketing at any time), and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Exercise these rights at privacy@gomotion.pro. Information you submit is transferred to and stored in the United States.
Section 13Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@gomotion.pro and we will delete it promptly.
Section 14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Effective” date above will change and material updates will be flagged on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
